The service here was spectacular! I sent my cat here for 4 nights (presidential suite) and since that’s quite a long time for my cat to be sent away, I was afraid he wouldn’t have a great time. But the caretakers there made sure he was as comfortable as possible, they were very patient with him + even gave him wet food! ❤️ The place was relatively quiet and calm, since there weren’t too many cats, so he was a lot less overstimulated than if he were at a crowded pet hotel. The owners sent me daily photo + video updates which were really thoughtful of them, and even gave us a free toy for him upon our checkout. 🙂 will definitely come here again!
